Methods 98 patients between the age of 1.5 years and 56 years (mean 22.08±14.25 years), and weighing 10 to 77kg(mean 41.0±18.5h), underwent mitral repair under CPB, through Jan. 1985 to Aug. 2000. There were congenital mitral valve diseasa 61 cases , rheumatic's 30 cases, degeneratic's 3 cases, and heart tumor's 4 cases.
Methods: Clinical data of treatment for primary heart tumor in 24 patients (8 males, 16 females), hospitalized from Aug. 1980 to Jun. 1999, aged from 6 to 69 years(mean age was 40 3±15.8 years) were analysed.
