柑桔是亚热带常绿果树,喜温暖湿润的气候条件。苏南各地在冬季经常出现-9℃以下的低温,影响了桔树的安全越冬,成为发展柑桔生产的主要限制因子。但唯有太湖东南隅的吴县东、西洞庭山,不但有柑桔生长,而且历来就是柑桔生产的老区。由于太湖的存在,形成了特有的水域气候条件:在冬季,以太湖为中心始终存在着一个温度的暖中心,它的暖脊仲向东南方向;水域具有显著地暖和辐射降温的作用,且湖中岛屿的面积愈小,作用愈明显;沿岸陆地离水面愈近,则温度愈高。因此,可以充分利用太湖中岛屿及其沿岸有利的小气候地段,发展柑桔生产。

This essay is intended to show that climate is an important natural resource, and to analyze the main links of the comments on how to make better use of climatic resources for agriculture. It has briefly explained some attractive trends existing in the agricultural mate now, and put forward some viewpoints on how o make research on the ultural climates in Hubei Province.

气候与农业的关系十分密切,本文根据农业气候资源研究的进展,结合个人的一些体会,阐明了气候是农业生产的重要自然资源之一;分析了搞好农业气候资源评价的主要环节;略述了当前农业气候研究中的一些引人注目的动向;提出了在湖北省深入开展农业气候资源研究的几点看法。

Based on routine data collected at 135 weather stations scattered around the country and the stability classification (A-F) scheme developed by Pasquill and Turner, percentage occurrence of each stability class (annual and seasonal) for the stations has been calculated. Taken into consideration of the climatic and geographical conditions, the whole country may be divided into six regions and average percentage occurrence of each stability class has been given for the regions.

本文利用135个气象站的常规观测资料及改进了的Pasquill-Turner方法,逐站统计了各稳定度出现的年季频率等,并以此将全国划分为6个区域。分别给出了各区域内的各稳定度出现的年季频率,同时给予气候分析。此外,给出了根据我国EL-1型风仪所确定的风向标准差与Pasquill稳定度类别的关系。
