The transformation of Communicant Center to Audience Center is a basic trend of development of the mass communication in the West up to now. Since the beginning of 1980s, the seeds of Audience Center have appeared to some extent in mass communication in China; however, a complete Audience Center has not been found so far. This paper has explored the links and ways of establishing Audience Center in mass communication of China from the aspect of social control system of the mass communication and the aspect of individual operation system of the mass communication medium ,i.e. macro and micro aspect.

The development of advertising on thedia in Italy cannot be separated from the commercial broadcasting and above all from the Berlusconi phenomenon.During the RATS monopolied years advertising was a secondary source of income of media,the main source being the household licence fees.Since the arrival of commercial radio and television channels in the 70s,advertising has become the resource par excellence of the domestic broadcasting market.The tumultuous growth of television and its enormous ability to grab substantial slices of available resource,blew up the traditional balances that privileged the press,thus provoking dramatic shock in the entire mass media system. However,the marriage between advertising and commercial television has also brought deep changes to the traditional patterns of the programme output and development of this medium.
