Test research has been carried out in a (?)700 mm radial flow moving bed regenerator. Gas velocity distribution in the main channels of radial regenerator has been investigated; Influence of center cylinder hole ratio on gas distribution has been analyzed and the suitable hole ratio determined. Catalyst residence time distribution in radial regenerator has been measured to determine the distribution uniformity of solid distributor on the radial bed and the flow pattern of solid catalyst in the bed. In addition, influence of high gas velocity on catalyst moving has been investigated and the upper limit of operation determined. Excellent commercial application result has been obtained.

在直径700mm移动床径向再生器中进行了试验研究,测定了四种进气方式下气体轴向分流的不均匀度,确定了适宜的进气结构;测量了径向再生器中的分流主流道的气体速度分布;分析了中心筒的开孔率对均匀布气的影响,确定了适宜的中心筒的开孔率;测定了径向再生器中催化剂的停留时间分布,以确定径向床面固体分配器的分配均匀性以及床内固体催化剂流动的流型。考察了高气速对催化剂移动的影响,确定了气体操作线速上限。工业应用情况良好。
