Following brief comparison of various methods

本文对国内外各种选择变位系数的方法作了简要比较之后,认为由苏联学者提出的封闭图法通用性最佳。同时在研究和建立了影响变位齿轮传动质量诸因素的数学模型基础上,提出了在微机上绘制封闭图。文中阐述了绘制的基本方法。根据这种方法编制的源程序,可以在微机上绘制出任意齿数组合及齿条型刀具的不同齿廓参数的渐开线圆柱齿轮变位系数封闭图。

In this paper, based on the traditional methods of the selection opositional factor and traditional calculating method of bending strength-that is the drawing of the tooth form for spur gears in tractortransmission, and through establishing mathematical model, this articleelucidates the calculating method of strength parameter X by means ofCAD. It is a useful tool for calculation of bending Strength of Spur gear. As a method, engineers can spare much work and time, and obtainthe precise calculated results.

本文在传统的拖拉机传动系圆柱齿轮变位系数选择方法及齿轮弯曲强度计算方法——即用齿形图作图法求解强度参数X的基础上,通过数学模型的建立,采用计算机辅助设计,阐述了一种取代于齿形图法求出强度参数X的方法,这种方法是计算圆柱直齿轮弯曲强度的有效工具,使用这种方法,工程设计人员能节省大量的工时,同时能获得准确的计算结果。
