In this paper, what causes the boiler drum level to appear fake was shown and examined as regards boiler level dynamic characteristics ascertained experimentally. It has been found that any control scheme which manipulates feed water rate cannot eliminate the effect of such fake level peaks; and in this respect, judg ing of the three conventional types of boiler level controls by performance merits, the authors suggest that the single-element control best suit medium or small boilers.

本文着重探讨当给水调节伐门开度变化时,伐门特性以及管路传输迟延对锅炉汽包水位动态特性的影响。针对电厂一台实际锅炉,得出了锅炉水位动态响应的延迟时间与伐门开启时间,以及流过伐门流量之间的关系。还将不同的扰动输入形式,所得到的响应仿真曲线与现场锅炉动态特性试验曲线进行对照。本文对于给水调节系统的设计和整定具有实际的参考价值。
