The thermal condition of tundish lining during continuous casting was studied in this paper, which directly affects the operation of continuous casting. Based on the measurements in the process of production, the temperature distribution and heat transfer in tundish lining were systematically calculated by using FDEM analysis. The thermal condition of tundish lining during continuous casting was studied in this paper, which directly affects the operation of continuous casting. Based on the measurements in the process of production, the temperature distribution and heat transfer in tundish lining were systematically calculated by using FDEM analysis. It was shown that the quality of 'heating was determined by the temperature in tundish lining rather than the inner surface temperature of working lining. Conditions of tundish directly affected the temperature drop of molten steel in earlier casting stage. The heat absorption in the first stage was twice as that in the second stage (30 min for each stage). Cast in two hours, the heat absorption was only 16-20% that of the first stage and continuously decreased with time.

本文介绍一种新式喷煤计量系统。称量罐与中间罐为软连接,中间罐与喷吹罐为刚性连接,称量罐装有一台机械电子秤,中间罐与喷吹罐共用一台机械电子秤,并建立了单风口喷煤能力约1000kg/h的试验装置,经多次试验证明,该系统称量准确,获得了均匀、平滑、连续的喷吹曲线。
