Objective]To find out the drinking water quality in rural areas of Hubei province [Methods]The sanitary qualities of water samples collected from 47 sampling locations,including 10 surface water locations (8 centralized water supply locations,2 decentralized water supply locations) and 37 underground water locations (24 centralized water supply locations,13 deentralized water supply locations), in 4 counties of Hubei province were monitored,and were assessed according to the criteria of Sanitary satndard for Drinking Water enforced in rural areas [Results]Seasonal water sterilization was carried out in partial water plants collected from surface water sources ,no water sterilization was carried out in most of the water plants collected from underground water sources in the whole year.The main sanitary problem of centralized water supply system was that the bacteriological indexes exceeded the sanitary standards.In planty water period and low water period,none of the water samples of decentralized water supply system collected from surface water sources were qualified,about 37.5% and 50% of water samples of centralized water supply system didn't meet the sanitary standard for drinking water as three class Among the water supply locations collected from underground water sources ,the qualified rates of water samples of decentralized water supply system (mainly including hand pump wells) revealed no significant differences compared with those of centralized water supply system in planty water period,and were higher than those of centralized water supply system in low water period [Conclusion]If the underground water sources presented good sanitary quality,the effects of water improvement induced by establishing hand pump wells were similar to those induced by establishing water treatment plants in rural areas without well developed economye

[目的 ]了解湖北省农村饮用水水质。 [方法 ]对湖北省 4个县共 47个农村供水点 [地面水 1 0个 (集中式供水 8个 ,分散式供水 2个 ) ,地下水 37个 (集中式供水 2 4个 ,分散供水 1 3个 ) ]水质进行了监测 ,根据《农村实施 (生活饮用水卫生标准 )准则》进行评价。 [结果 ]部分以地面水为水源的水厂季节性投加消毒剂 ,大部分以地下水为水源的水厂全年未投加消毒剂。集中式供水主要卫生问题是细菌学指标超标。丰、枯水期地面水源的分散式供水点水质均为不合格 ,丰、枯水期地面水源集中式供水点 37.5%和 50 %水质达不到三级水要求 ,丰水期地下水源供水点中分散式供水点 (主要为手压机井 )水质合格率与集中式供水点近似 ,在枯水期甚至高于集中式供水。 [结论 ]在经济不甚发达的农村地区 ,如果有良好的地下水源 ,建造手压机井的改水效果并不比兴建水厂差

In this paper,a method of maximum water consuming amount is adopted to make hydraulic calculation for dendriform water allocation pipe net of water supply works in the rural area and simplify the computation procedure.The method was applied in the design as well as technical examination and approval of more than 300 rural waterworks belonging to a project of rural drinkable water supply and improvement in Guizhou which was assisted gratuitously by the Japanese Government.The operational effect of rural water...

In this paper,a method of maximum water consuming amount is adopted to make hydraulic calculation for dendriform water allocation pipe net of water supply works in the rural area and simplify the computation procedure.The method was applied in the design as well as technical examination and approval of more than 300 rural waterworks belonging to a project of rural drinkable water supply and improvement in Guizhou which was assisted gratuitously by the Japanese Government.The operational effect of rural water allocation pipe net computated hydraulically by the method of maximum water consuming amount is in accordance with design requirement.This method has proved to be effective in controlling and mastering some technical and economic indices of rural waterworks.

采用“最高用水量法”对农村供水工程中的树枝状配水管网进行水力计算 ,简化了计算程序。此法曾应用于日本国无偿援助“贵州农村饮水供应改善项目”的 30 0多座农村水厂的设计和技术审批。应用表明 ,用“最高用水量法”进行水力计算所建的农村水厂配水管网运行效果与设计相符 ,能有效地控制和把握建设农村水厂的技术经济指标 ,是农村树枝状供水管网水力计算的简捷方法。
