A method of combining hardware with software to get static TV images is proposed and an input device developed.Input A/D conversion is carried out by software control, thus it simplifies the hardware design and reduces the cost. Such a device can acquire a two-valued image at a specified threshold suitable for display, can combine and/or assemble two-valued images, that are arbitrarily abstracted from an image, to obtain an arbitrary gray level image under the maximum gray scale. In some special applications (such as scene analysis or design processing etc.), this device is capable of segmenting images.

TV图象输入是把摄象镜头取得的代表图片、实际景物中各点亮度的二维信息以数字形式存于计算机中。本文提出一种用硬、软件结合实现(静止)TV图象输入的方法,并介绍按照这一方法研制成功的输入装置。 输入A/D转换由软件控制在计算机中进行,因而使硬件设计简化,同时降低了设备成本。该装置可直接获取指定阈值下的二值图,并能对图象中任意抽取的二值影象进行显示、组合、装配而得到低于最大灰阶的任意灰度级图象。在某些特定的应用(如景物分析、图案处理等)场合,具有对图象进行分割处理的能力。

Its hardware is introduced in terms of a blockdia-gram deseription and some operating commands of the software are given. At its ma-ximum capability, the system is able to acquire a 256×256 image with 16 gray levels, and two programmable control modes can b selected flexibly: acquiring local 128×128 pixels in 40 msec per gray level or total 256×256 pixels——when used with a 2MHz 8080A MPU——in 1800 msec per gray level on an image.

本文阐述一种用二值影象组合装配获取视频数字图象的方法。按照这一方法,用标准电视摄象机和八位微处理器实现了一个价廉而灵活的微计算机图象处理系统。文中给出了系统视频图象输入接口结构框图及软件操作命令。该系统获取图象的最大能力为256×256,十六灰度级;具有两种可以灵活选择的程序控制方式:以每灰度级40ms的速度输入局部图象,或以每灰度级1800ms的速度(采用2MHz的8080AMPU)获取整幅图象。

The basic conception of mathematical morphology is briefly introduced based onrelevant literature. Its definition, the basic operators of logical and morphological tran-slations and their functions are described with the help of some simple examples. Theapplicabilities of mathematical morphology in data analysis of binary images, such as inthe cases of the Chinese characters and the raster scanned map, are discussed. Thesediscussion are valuable for the establishment of the geodetic data base in GIS.

本文介绍了数学形态学的基本概念,利用一些简单例子叙述其定义、逻辑变换和形态变换的基本算子及其作用。文中对数学形态学在二值影象如汉字和栅格扫描的地图的数据分析中的应用可能性也进行了探讨。这些讨论对于建立地理信息系统的测量数据库是有益的。
