The results showed that there were polymorphisms on the five loci including TF,Hp,RBC LDH,S ES and S ALP in the desert cats examined and that there were the monomorphisms on the six loci including HB,RBC AMY,S AMY,S LDH,RBC ES and RBC ALP,suggesting that the proteins and enzymes in blood from desert cats presented a considerable genetic variability.
