In this paper, an experimental analysis of stress in the case of a flat gate valve is performed using the electrical resistance strain gages, the law of stress distribution and the equivalent stress at a dangerous point both in the case arc obtained. The strength of the case is checked using the criteria of failure.It is shown that whole valve case is safe when the internal pressure is of 2100N/cm2, the valve cover is in critical state when the internal pressure reaches the value of 4200N/cm2 and the valve case...

The strength of the case is checked using the criteria of failure.It is shown that whole valve case is safe when the internal pressure is of 2100N/cm2, the valve cover is in critical state when the internal pressure reaches the value of 4200N/cm2 and the valve case is extremely unsafe when the internal pressure reaches the value of 6000N/cm2.Finally,some suggestions for improving the strength of the valve cases are proposed.

本文对Z83HP—210Dg65平板闸阀的阀体进行了电测实验应力分析。通过分析,得出了该阀体的应力分布规律和危险点的相当应力。本文还按强度判据校核了阀体的强度:内压为210kg/cm~2时,整个阀体是安全的。内压为4200N/cm~2时,阀盖达到危险状态。内压力6000N/cm~2时,阀体极不安全。文章最后对阀体的强度设计提出了改进意见。

The type BZ943SA-40、φ1000 flat valve is difficulty to start in operation. On the basis of analysis and calculation, the hydraulic drive is put forward instead of electric. And some correlative control principle and experimental results of the hydraulic drive are also discribed .

本文通过对BZ943SA—40、φ1000大型平板闸阀在运用中启动困难问题进行分析与受力计算,提出选用液压传动代替电动装置,并对液压传动的有关操纵原理及试验结果进行了介绍和阐述.

The nickel-phosphor coating is acid-, alkaline- and salt-resisting and features abrasion resistance and uniform layer.It is applied chemically to the gate and seat of the high-pressure non-wedging gate valve with a thickness of 80--100μm and surface roughness of R_a0. 2μm. The so treated valves can meet the requirements of high-pressure wellhead assemblies.

镍磷合金镀层具有耐酸、碱、盐、耐擦伤、镀层均匀等优异性能。用镍磷化学镀处理高压平板闸阀的闸板、阀座,镀层厚80~100μm,工作面粗糙度R_α0.2μm,可满足油田高压井口装置对平板闸阀的要求,且有很好的经济效益,可以替代自熔合金喷焊处理工艺。
