AbstractThe principle of guided tissue regeneration(GTR)was tested for healing segmental long bone defects。8mm long segmental defects were created in thediaphyses of both radii in l0 rabbits,The defect on oneside was covered with a chitin membrane shaped as atube ,while the contralateral side with no membraneserved as the control.Healing condition was analyzedby radiography and histologic studies after 6 weeks。The control sites showed nonunion of the defects。Thebone ends were rounded off and sealed with corticalbone,whereas membrane-treated defects were healedby a thin bone bridge along the surface of the chitinmembrane。The results indicate that chitin membranehas the effects guided bone regeneration and preventionof nonunion。The sparse bone formation observedinside the membrane tube maybe due to the exclusionof some osteoinductive factors by the membrane。Implanting the BMP into the tube of chitin membrabewould enhance the new bone formation to repair thebone defect。

采用引导骨组织再生原理进行长管状骨缺损修复实验。取兔10只,造成双侧桡骨8mm节段性骨缺损,一侧采用几丁质膜覆盖成管室状,另一侧作为空白对照。术后6周,对愈合情况进行X线及组织学检查,对照侧均呈骨不连,骨端圆纯、髓腔闭合,治疗侧在膜表面形成薄形骨痂使骨缺损取得愈合。结果表明,几丁质膜具有引导骨组织再生、防止骨不连作用。而膜管内骨痂稀少可能与膜管阻碍了一些成骨因子进入膜管内有关,在膜管中植入BMP,提高了其修复骨缺损的能力。

The right defects were covered with the membrances, and the left defects not covered membrances as contral. In clinic the authors utilized the frozen human allogeneis dura mater to guide bone tissue regeneration to restore defects around implants...

The histological observations showed appearence of pillar like bone towers on the surface of bone in the experiment sides at the fourth week, and mature bone at the eighteenth week. 探索利用冷冻处理异体硬脑膜引导种植体周围骨组织再生的可能性。12只日本大耳白兔 ,在双侧下颌下缘造成骨缺损 ,右侧覆盖兔冷冻异体硬脑膜 ,左侧不覆膜 ;临床用于种植体周围骨缺损24例 ,采用人异体冷冻硬脑覆盖。结果实验动物伤口均I期愈合。组织学观察实验侧4周时骨表面有柱状骨突起 ,18周改建为成熟骨 ;对照侧明显慢于实验侧。临床患者骨修复良好 ,其中15例(16区)裂隙状骨缺损修复率达87.8 %。冷冻异体硬脑膜是一种较理想的引导骨组织再生膜材料
