根据炼油-化工型炼油厂优化加工方案的需要,针对劣质重油催化裂化和焦化等二次加工柴油开发了一种加氢改质技术。该工艺使用含沸石催化剂、具有选择性破坏能力的裂化催化剂,在6~8MPa中等压力下,以重油催化裂化柴油与轻质VGO混合油为原料,控制适宜裂解深度,可以显著地改进柴油质量,十六烷值与安定性都得到明显提高。同时,还得到一部分高芳烃潜含量的优质重整原料。加氢改质尾油芳烃含量很低,富含烷烃,是蒸气裂解制乙烯的优质原料。

This paper describes the method that improves the Hexadecane-Number and the stabilities of FCC diesel by extracting aromatics from the diesel. The extracted aromatics are mainly polynuclear aromatics such as naphthalcne and alkyl naphthalene. Meanwhile the application of the aromatics was investigated.They can be used to produce polyester from aromatics, special solevent oil and plasticizing agent in rubber etc.The application of naphthalene is especially significant to make functional polyester.

本文指出了利用溶剂抽提方法,从FCC柴油中抽出部分重芳烃,以提高柴油的十六烷值及安定性.抽出重芳主要含有双环芳烃及较少的单环和多环芳烃.另一方面针对抽出重芳进行了调研工作,认为其可用于芳烃类聚酯、特种溶剂油、橡胶增塑剂等.尤其是双环芳烃、萘及烷基萘用于生产功能性聚酯的研究具有重要的经济意义.
