This technique can beused for the balancing of all planar linkages which have arevolute input kinetic pair. The method transforms the balance problem into a profile curve synthesis of a planar cam. Therefore,it is simple and convenient to use. As a numerical example, the method is used to balance a six-bar mechanism.

本文提出一种能完全平衡平面连杆机构摆动力矩的简便方法。该方法把平衡问题转化成了平面凸轮轮廓线的综合问题,且具有设计简单、结构上容易实现等优点。给出了一个计算实例,该方法对于输入构件为转动件的平面连杆机构的摆动力矩平衡问题均适用。

A new method for the designing of cam shape curve is proposed. The moving regular pattern of the pusher and its dynamic capability are studied. On comparing the new cam shape curve with the several traditional cam shape curves, it is shown that the former is beter than the latter in terms of the dynamic capability.

提出了一种新的凸轮轮廓线的设计方法,对推杆的运动规律和动力学性能进行了研究,并同目前常用的几种轮廓线做了比较,从理论上证明了其运动学性能和动力学性能比传统的轮廓线的有所提高。
