The extraction of vanadium(V)from aqueous hydrochlorie acid solutions

本文研究了用N_(235)的煤油溶液(按体积计,加有作为助溶剂的仲辛醇20%)在盐酸体系中从钒酸钠水溶液萃钒的机理。在35±1℃恒温下,用饱和法及等摩尔系列法测得,当水相平衡pH分别为2.7~3.3和3.9~4.0之间时,N_(235)萃钒的萃合比(钒∶胺,摩尔比)分别为2.5和2.0;水相平衡pH在3.5~3.8之间时,萃合比在2.0~2.5之间。在35±1℃恒温下,用斜率法测得,在本文报导的实验条件下,N_(235)的盐酸盐在有机相中的平均缔合度为1.5。因此,对应于萃合比为2.5和2.0的萃取反应方程式可能应分别为3HV_(10)O_(28(a))~(5-)+10(R_3NHCl)_(1.5(O))=3(R_3NH)_5HV_(10)O_(28)(O)+15Cl_((a))~-3H_2V_(10)O_(28(a))~(4-)+8(R_3NHCl)_(1.5(O))=3(R_3NH)_4H_2V_(10)O_(28(O))+12Cl_(a)~-

A separation method of three-phase extraction which is different from two-phase extraction is described. The origin of the third liquid phase ethoxy-α-naphthol sulfoacid (ENSA) isdiscussed. It is found that during extraction the organic reagent (ENSA) containing big molecular group is readily ionized to form the third liquid phase which is insoluble both in organic solvent and in aqueous solution of salts. A procedure for the determination of components in the electroplating surface active agent is proposed.

This report described the use of platinum, palladium or iridium in micrograms as matrix modifiers for the detetmination of Te (Ⅳ ) and Te (Ⅵ). The charring temperature of tellurium can be raised up to 1300℃. The extraction behavior of Te (Ⅳ) and Te (Ⅵ) with KI-MIBK was investigated in details. Based on the results obtained an analytical method for differential determination of tellurium (Ⅳ) and tellurium (Ⅵ) was recommended. Tellurium (Ⅳ) was extracted with KI-MIBK and back extracted with (1:1) ammonium hydroxide, and tellurium (Ⅵ) was separately determined after reduction to Te ( Ⅳ ) by boiling Te (Ⅵ) with (1:1) hydrochloric acid. The ammonium hydroxide solution was introduced into the graphite furnace with matrix modification technique using micrograms of platinum, palladium or iridium. Concentrations of Te (Ⅳ) and Te (Ⅵ) in several real water samples were found to be less than 0.02ppb a'nd 0.03-0.06ppb, respectively. Sensitivity of the recommended method is 2-3 orders of magnitude greater than that reported in the literature.

本文介绍微克量铂、钯和铱作为基体改进剂测定碲(Ⅳ)和碲(Ⅵ).碲的允许灰化温度为1300℃,并研究了碲(Ⅳ)和碲(Ⅵ)的萃取性质.在此基础上提出了分别测定碲(Ⅳ)和碲(Ⅵ)的分析方法,碲(Ⅳ)借甲基异丁酮—碘化钾萃取和氨水反萃取.碲(Ⅵ)借盐酸煮沸还原为碲(Ⅳ),应用微克量铂钯或铱作基体改进剂.氨水进样,石墨炉原子吸收测定.若干水样分析结果指出,碲(Ⅳ)和碲(Ⅵ)的浓度分别为低于0.02ppb和0.03—0.06ppb,所推荐方法的灵敏度比文献报导值高2—3个数量级.
