Quality of colorless camellia oil refined by comprehensive technology:(the acid value was 0.10 mgKOH/g,content of moisture and volatile was 0.02%, peroxide value was 0.12 meq/kg ,iodine value was 84.3 I_2/100g, content of phosphatide was 3.00ppm,colour and lustre was Y0R0).
Studied the extraction of egg yolk phosphatide by SCCO_2(supercritical CO_2) and its mechanism. It is found that 98.6％ egg yolk oil was removed from egg yolk powder after 3 hours extraction with acetone entrainer and millipore powder at the condition of 35MPa and 40℃.
