This paper deals with the wear mechanism of the impact plate of fon shaped coal-mill φ 1070/291 produced by Wuhan factory 3551 and the problem to enhonce its wear resistance. The wear conditions at different spots of the impact plate are investigated by using a scanning electronic microscope. It is shown that the wear essence of the impact plate is that at the inlet and in the middle, impact wear predominates. It means that the running off metal at the impact plate surface is caused by the attack of coal grains, which results in impact hollows. Subsequently, the coal grains press the metal surface to form turn over cortices. As a result of repeated impact of a great number of coal grains, the turn over cortices form themselves into a numder of microrifts and at last, break away from the metal plate surface in the form of mill-chips. Yet at the outlet spot of the impact plate there is washout wear in addition to impact wear. At the some time wear experiment is also made for Almonite and some preliminary opinions are proposed.

提高风扇式磨煤机冲击板耐磨性是一个讨论已久的问题。本文对武汉3551厂的φ1070/291风扇磨冲击板磨损机理和提高耐磨性进行了研究,文中研究冲击板各部位磨损情况,通过扫描电镜对已磨损冲击板不同位置进行微观形貌观察得出,冲击板磨损实质是:在进口端和中间部位,是以撞击磨损为主。即冲击扳表而金属的流失是由煤粒撞击金属表面,形成撞击坑,并推挤金属形成翻皮,在大量煤粒多次撞击下翻皮形成许多微观裂纹,最后形成磨屑脱离金属板面。而在冲击板出口测,除撞击磨损外,还存在冲刷磨损。本文在分析磨损机理的基础上,还对阿尔玛铸铁进行了试验,并提出一些初步看法。

High chromium white cast iron was treated with the inoculants of Shenyang No. 1 and No2, in order to improve its toughness and widen its application Granular Plus plate type as cast carbides, finer matrices and improved intergranule have been obtained by using both of the two inoculants. After heat-treatment, the high chromium white cast-iron show stable impact values varying in the range of 8~15 J/cm2. The impact number with small energy impact load of 1.7J is steadily over 30000, and k1c is over 85kg/ mm3/2....

The lives of the fan-type crusher blade and ball crusher liner made of the high chromium white cast iron are 3~4 and 5~7 times longer respectively than those of high manganese steel.

为改善高铬白口铸铁的韧性以扩大其应用范围,作者采用沈阳1~#和沈阳3~#变质剂,对其进行变质处理,使铸态碳化物呈团球状+板条状,并且细化了基体组织,改善了晶界状态.经热处理后的高铬白口铸铁,其冲击值稳定在8~15J/cm~2,小能量多次冲击值在1.7负荷条件下稳定在3万次以上,K_(1c)值稳定达到85kg/mm~(3/2)以上.应用该材质生产的风扇磨打击板其寿命为高锰钢打击板的3~4倍,球磨机衬板的寿命可提高达5~7倍.
