Three typical aerodynamic flow field found in double-arch flame furnaces are experimentally studied by means of the Thring Newby modelling method. Experimental results show than the aerodynamic flow field in a double-arch flame furnace depands on certain operational and ueometncal parameters such as the ratio of momentum between primary and secondary air injection angles and so on Simultaneously furnace exit velocity and sectional velocity distribution in the furnace's upper part under defferent modes of air allocation is obtained. Experimental results also show that the size of the eddy current regions in vicinity of the burnners and ash hopper are strongly effected by the furnace's geometrical features and the momentum ratio between primary and secondary air. Figs 16 and refs 6.

本实验利用Thring-Newby模化方法对三种典型的W型火焰锅炉炉膛的空气动力场进行了分析研究.利用热线风速仪测得不同工况下不同炉型的炉内速度场图谱.实验结果证实;W型火焰炉内的空气动力场取决于拱顶风与前后墙侧风动量比,射流角度等运行参数和几何参数.同时得到不同配风方式下炉膛出口速度及炉膛上部丘段速度分布的规律.结果还表明,拱顶风与前后墙侧风动量比和炉膛几何形状对冷灰斗结渣及燃烧器附近的回流区大小有很大的影响.

The paper gave experiment results on a boiler with tilt burner based on scale 1: 15 in cold condition and analyzed some influences of tilt angles on thermal properties in furnace.steam temperature deviation and superheating on the screen as well as slagging in the cold ashpits.

The flow field in the boiler is measured by a hot wire anemometer. Flow field patterns are obtained for different relative throat areas of furnace chamber. Analyses and comparison of velocity distribution are made in addition to examining the fullness of air flow and the flow rate of average efficient momentum in the boiler. It is beneficial to firing and burning out of pulverized coal injected into furnace chamber with reduced throat area. This can decrease the lash of high temperature gas against throat, front and rear arches of furnace chamber as well as cool ash bucket. Attainment of lower furnace clinker in these positions is thus made possible. High temperature gas washing out front and rear walls of furnace can also be dropped such that high temperature corrosion of water cooling walls can be reduced.

对珞璜电厂引进法国Stein公司 36 0MW的W型火焰锅炉进行了冷态模化研究 .采用热线风速仪对炉内流场进行测试 ,在此基础上研究了炉膛喉口面积对炉内空气动力场的影响规律 ,得出了在不同相对喉口面积下的炉内气流流场图 ,并对炉内气流速度分布、气流充满度和平均有效动量流率等进行了比较与分析 .研究表明 ,适当缩小炉膛喉口面积 ,一方面有利于喷入炉内煤粉的着火和燃尽 ,另一方面有利于减小高温烟气对喉口和前、后拱及冷灰斗的冲击 ,从而达到降低这些部位结渣的可能性 ,此外还可以降低高温烟气对前后墙 (即水冷壁 )的冲刷 ,有效防止或降低水冷壁的高温腐蚀 .
