    By using X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy techniques, the crystallization process of an amorphous Fe77.2Mo0.8Si9B13 alloy during ball milling was investigated. 本文根据金相、热分析以及研究合金机械性能的结果,建立了钒-铌-钨三元系钒角合金(含铌量到25%,钨到16%)的平衡状态图,研究了Nb/W=2和1/2的变温截面.在所研究的合金浓度范围内,形成一系列的无限固溶体.所研究的合金性能的变化,符合于在固体状态下具有无限固溶度的合金系的特点.添加铌和钨到所给定纯度的碳热法钒中,提高了它的硬度和热硬度,并使合金变脆.在1000℃和1200℃时,铌使钒的抗氧化能力有一定的提高,而钨则使其在1000℃以上时的抗氧化能力变坏.

在这工作中,应用金相显微和电子显微的方法,研究了钼及钼合金中的多边化过程,探明了多边化形成的条件及其发展的规律性。研究结果证实了多边化对再结晶过程的抑制作用。 同时,采用测定硬度及弹性极限的方法,研究了多边化对钼及钼合金机械性能的影响;结果表明:多边形组织显著地提高了这些性能。
