    Air-jet looms are being popularized and applied in our country. Most of them are modified forms of conventional looms. Newly trialproduced machines which have been finalized are of three types—Type 75, Type 75-c and Type GA701. The mechanical structures of these machines are not alike, but little difference has been found in the technical quality indiees as revealed in actual production. Moreover, the problem of the weft faults, in effect, has not been solved. With a view to getting a deeper insight into the leading weft mechanism characteristics of the air-jet loom, this paper deals with the shape of the air cylinder, the structure and location of the measuring drum, the diameter and length of the jet nozzle and the shape of the air guide and so on. At the same time, it analyses, in the light of the measuring results, the factors of the diffusion of air eurrent and the interrelationship between the flying of weft and the velocity of air current, puts forward the weaving technological performances of the air-jet loom and measures towards reducing the weft faults.

    本文从热溶胀收缩,X-光衍射和机械性质几个方面,观察热处理条件对丙烯腈三元共聚纤维(PAC纤维)聚集态结构的影响.成形后的纤维经过干燥、干热定型、松弛汽蒸定型、再次热拉伸和再次松弛汽蒸定型,每一次热处理都在纤维的聚集态结构上留下印记.拉伸会降低序态,在无定形区的某些大分子链段中产生内应力,在蕴晶区造成结晶缺陷;汽蒸定型的作用则刚巧相反.联系纤维的机械性质,发现决定纤维钩强的主要因素是纤维的断裂伸长,蕴晶区的完整程度是次要的.
