Holography technique is a very powerful tool for Vibration analysis. Time-average method is generally used, by which the amplitude could be measured most accuratly than any other means, but the phase Could hardly be determined In this paper, phase modulation of reference beam has been worked out through which the phase shift could be easily detected Hence the mode of vibration Could be determined.If an object were in the state of resonance, the reference beam would be vibrated by means of a reflector in synchronism with it. At first, vibrating phase of the reflector in vibration could be regulated by a modulator so that it could be equal to that of a point in the object. Basing on the modulation of reference beam, the holography of the object Could be recorded in the plate in terms of reference beam and object beam. Among the reconstructing interferometric fringes, the brightest fringes appear in those places, where the object has the same phase and same amplitude as the reference beam These brightest fringes are the contours of vibration in the same direction. If in the surface of the object, there were several districts, in which the directions of vibration were opposite with one another, those parts with the brightest fringe would vibrate in same direction as bright fringe; Conversely, other parts adjacent to those parts with the brightest fringe would vibrate in the opposite directionAccording to this method, the vibrating amplitude of any points in the object could be calculated, and the mode of vibration under each natural frequency could be obtained.

In this paper the principles,accuracy analysis an characteriic of modulated laser polarimeter are demonstrated. With a He-Ne lr as light source, a KD~*P electrooptic modulator is added to a Senarmont comptnsator. When an alternative voltage is applied to the KD~*P crystal, an alternating retardation is obtained in the polarization field. By means of photodetection method the point of the extinction can be found with high sensitivity, so that the accuracy of the instrument is promoted.

本文介绍了调制式激光偏振仪的原理,精度分析及其特点。采用He-Ne激光器作为光源,在塞纳蒙补偿器(Senarmont Compensetor)系统中加入一个KDP电光调制器,在KDP晶体上加交变调制电压,使偏振场中得到交变的延迟量,提高了判断消光场的灵敏度和精确度,从而提高了仪器的测量精度。

In this paper a simple method is proposed for the measurement of the Faraday rotation of garnet single crystal thin films.A magneto-optic modulator of garnet single crystal thin films is used. The magnetooptic modulator change the photo-electric signal from D. C to 1000 Hz A. C, so the A. C signal can be amplified, and the sensitivity and accuracy increase conspicuously. The measuring installation of this method is simple, the angles of the analyser were measured with an accuracy of 0.005 (deg) and systematic error≤±3%.

测量系统主要特点是采用石榴石单晶薄膜磁光调制器,对偏振光进行调制,再经选频放大,明显地提高了测量系统的灵敏度。装置简单,操作方便。读数精度±0.005(deg).系统误差≤±3%。
