If the dry point of FCC gasoline reached the temperature at 210℃ and exceeded the country quality standard of 70 # or 90 # gasoline, this paper discusses the problem which heavy fraction of the FCC gasoline is blent with other gasoline components by using the optimization method,so the country standard of gasoline is reached, gasoline yield and econormical benefit are inereased.

The dethiol unit of catalytic gasoline was improved by fixed bed sequencing. cycle process insteat of the alkaline cycle oxidation process in the Shertgli Refinery in 1990. 介绍了炼油厂催化汽油碱渣的产生和性质,以及催化汽油碱渣处理的现状。进行了催化汽油碱渣用于直馏柴油碱洗的实验研究,结果表明,此回用方法可行,柴油产品质量合格,且能提高柴油的稳定性。催化汽油碱渣回用后其所含污染物:硫化物、COD、NH3-N都有较显著地降低;其中的酚至少50%被柴油吸收。增加了柴油产量,节约了新碱消耗,提高了经济效益。
