为了探讨从煤矸石中浸出铝铁的原理和工艺,利用透射电镜、红外光谱和X-射线衍射分析技术对PAFC的结构进行了表征,试验了PAFC处理实际工业废水的效果.结果表明,用煤矸石制取PAFC是可行的;制备出的PAFC是聚合铝铁的复合产物;用PAFC处理煤矿矿井废水及油田含油污水,PAFC投量为40mg/L时,COD去除率,SS的去除率以及除油率分别为80%,90%和90%左右.

At present there are not effectly technology on treatment of the heavy metal ions ofmining waste water in our country. In this Paper,a new special flotation separation technology wasstudied. lt can successfully remove the heavy metel ions of mining waste water,the removing efficien cy is over 80 %. The study success of this new technology offers a new process f0r the treatment of theheavy metal ions of mining waste water and its recycle reusing.

目前在我国对一些含重金属离子矿井废水的处理还缺少行之有效的方法。我们通过采用新的特殊浮选分离技术,使矿井废水中重金属离子有效地被去除,其去除效率达80%以上。这项技术的研究成功地为含重金属离予废水的处理及矿井水的再循环利用提供了一条新的途径。废水处理,重金属离子,浮选分离,捕收剂。
