This paper presents a calculating method for static stiffness and a new measuring method of dynamic stiffness of the rubber coupling. Taking the marine diesel-generator set of type 6300Z-TFH630/10 as an example, the author analyses the influence of variation of dynamic stiffness on torsional vibration of the unit. The influence on the torsional vibration characteristics of the unit when one or two rubber plugs of the coupling are damaged is also evaluated.

This article describes the process and results of the bearing capacity test of the speed reducer of ZPL-350 trochoidal gears under fixed load. The results show the speed reducer of trochoidal gears is much superior to that of involute gears of the same parameter in contact strength and bearing capacity as well as in wearing capacity and noise decrement. In the article, the authors also analyse how this kind of gear gets damaged. This conduces very much to the improvement of the gears.

翻车机架体结构不合理,是长期存在的问题,因而引起一些薄弱点的应力太高,经常损坏,而大部分构件又太笨重。本文介绍了翻车机结构力学模型的选取,对翻车机以空间刚架结构形式进行了矩阵分析,并在 TQ-16型数字电子计算机上求解,找到了各杆的最大应力。指出现在翻车机在计算及结构设计中存在的问题,找到了现用翻车机的薄弱环节、损坏原因及浪费金属的根源。
