本文引进内燃机活塞温度场热电比拟试验的结果。活塞系内燃机的主要零件之一,由于它经常地处于受热状态,可能引起过热或甚至损坏。在新设计内燃机活塞时,如果能得到活塞温度场的资料,那末可以改进活塞的结构,或者采取适当的冷却方法。因此内燃机活塞温度场的研究具有很大的实际意义。本文除简单地介绍电解池武热电比拟的基本原理外,并对试验的经过及结果作较详细的叙述。

This article gives a simplified introduction to the theory of mechanical reliability, with a view to initiate its application to the maintenance service in the domestic trucking industry. Reliability of a non-repairable component, failure rate of a repairable component, reliability of a complex mechanical system as well as maintainability and availability are briefly discussed.Finally, the author uses maintenance policy decision as an example to illustrate the application of the theory.

本文扼要介绍现代机械可靠性理论,以期国内汽车运输部门予以重视,着手研究可靠性理论的应用。文中讨论了不予修理的部件的可靠性、可修理部件的损坏率以及复杂系统的可靠性,此外还讨论了可维修度和有效度。最后作者以维修方针的确定为例说明这种理论在汽车维修中的应用。

本文介绍机车用高强化中速柴油机的燃油喷射系统,在发展过程中面临的结构可靠性和性能稳定性开展的试验研究工作。针对喷射系统产生的严重穴蚀,喷油嘴针阀体断裂,喷油泵柱塞卡住,喷油嘴偶件零化性能不良等实例,分析了产生问题的原因,找出了损坏的规律,提出了防止措施及装车使用的效果。
