Except annealing treatment, taking advantage of a meltingrupture equipment, also one processes quench of the specimen. Primary technical data of the furnace is following: maxmiun service temperature: 1800-2000℃. Vaccum: torr. Length of homogeneous heated region at 1800℃±10℃ temperature: 40-50 mm.

本文叙述了一台实验用真空高温钨丝炉的结构和特点,炉子的发热体由钨丝制成,其形状为螺旋管。这样,可以避免一套复杂的补偿发热体膨胀的机构,而且所需材料易于获得。损坏后更换方便,发热体的制造和安装也较简单。本设备经使用证明可以很好地满足实验室使用。除了进行退火处理外,通过一套熔断装置,还能进行淬火,炉子的主要技术指标如下:最高工作温度:1800-2000℃,真空度:1-2 × 10-4,1800℃时±10℃均热区长约40毫米。

Along with the increasing voltage level of power silicon devices, there appears a series of new contradictions in the productive process of the devices.

随着大功率硅器件耐电压水平的提高,在元件生产过程中出现了一系列新的矛盾。西安交大电工材料研究室与西安整流器厂及铁道部永济电机厂协作,对在生产中出现的元件内部放电导致元件损坏问题,进行了实验分析。通过实验研究,搞清了元件内部放电的主要原因是在氩弧焊封结过程中,在元件内部引入耐电强度比空气为低的氲气,并因封结时,管壳被加热,密封后元件内部形成了低的气压,因此在元件管心台面上易于产生局部放电,破坏管心台面绝缘,导致元件损坏。文中还介绍了多种改进管心台面绝缘强度,提高表面放电电压的方法。通过工厂实践,认为二次保护有效,现已基本上解决了此一技术问题,提高了元件成品率,取得了实际的经济效果。

我国配电变压器雷击损坏比较普遍,特别在湿热带多雷地区尤为显著。1974年,我校“配变防雷”研究小组首次提出Y/Z_0配变的防雷性能比Y/Y_0配变好的观点。Y/Z_0配变适合用于多雷地区。本文论述了在一定的接地电阻下变压器、避雷器组合大冲击电流试验的结果,并且确定了Y/Y_0和Y/Z_0配变的实际耐雷水平。研究表明,模拟试验,大冲击电流试验和分析计算的结果是非常一致的。
