61 community hygiene service centers and 175 service stations were recruited in this study. RESULTS Among the 2 544 residents 59.6%chose the community medical center to seek medical advises,the perception rates of community medical service was 78.3%,the rate of recognizing it is necessary to have community medical center established in communities was 87.7%;
