本文应用同种异体戊二醛处理骨、脱钙骨基质植入22只青紫篮兰兔颅骨10×20mm缺损部位,观察8周。通过X线、组织学检查发现植入戊二醛骨与宿主骨结合紧密,植入骨内有成骨细胞、破骨细胞及哈佛氏管出现;脱钙骨基质内大量的软骨细胞及骨岛形成,植入骨片与缺损缘界线消失。对两种不同方法处理骨组织成骨诱导能力进行比较,认为戊二醛处理骨与脱钙骨组织具有相同的成骨作用。

Objective\ To study and manufacture the irradation sterilized and freeze dried surface demineralized allogeneic banked bones and observe the clinical effects of treating bone defects.Method\ Thirty one patients with bone defects. of 20 with tumors and bone diseased and the remaining with traumas, were treated with irradiation sterilized and freeze dried surface demineralized allogeneic banked bones. A mean of 9 months follow up was made. The maximum of implanted bone was 100 g and minimal was 3 g .Results\...

Objective\ To study and manufacture the irradation sterilized and freeze dried surface demineralized allogeneic banked bones and observe the clinical effects of treating bone defects.Method\ Thirty one patients with bone defects. of 20 with tumors and bone diseased and the remaining with traumas, were treated with irradiation sterilized and freeze dried surface demineralized allogeneic banked bones. A mean of 9 months follow up was made. The maximum of implanted bone was 100 g and minimal was 3 g .Results\ All the wounds healed well, and the mean of the patients' highest temperature 2 weeks after operation was 37.8℃. The peroids of clinical bone healing were from 6 to 16 weeks postoperatively and none of nonunion occurred.Conclusion\ Freeze dried surface demineralized bone has both osteoinductive capacity and some mechanical resistance. It is suitable to fill local bone defects and can be used in spinal and joint fusion, and can be preserved at room temperature.

目的研制冷冻干燥60钴灭菌表面脱钙异体骨并观察其治疗临床骨缺损的效果。方法切取人同种异体骨,除去骨膜和骨髓组织,用三氯甲烷甲醇和0.6mol/LHCl溶液分别脱脂、脱钙,冷冻干燥表面脱钙异体骨,并用2.5Mrads剂量的60钴灭菌,成品骨室温下储藏。用该类型骨库骨治疗骨缺损病例31例。其中骨病及肿瘤20例;创伤11例。随诊1~20个月,平均9个月。结果所有伤口Ⅰ期愈合,术后2周最高体温的平均值为37.8℃,骨临床愈合时间6~16周,平均10周,无1例发生骨不连接。结论冰冻干燥表面脱钙异体骨库骨既有一定的力学支撑能力,又有成骨诱导能力,适用于局部骨缺损的填充和关节、脊椎融合时植骨,其皮质骨能发挥部分力学支撑功能。且能室温保藏,邮政投寄,便于推广应用。
