Expression of the ras and the C-erbB-2 oncogene products was investigated in 56 cases of human bladder transitional cell carcinoma using an immunohistochemical method. Thirty of the 56 cases of bladder tumor were found to be immunohistologically positive with the anti-ras protein antibody, while 19 of 56 cases were positive with the anti-C-erbB-2 oncoprotein antibody. Thirty of the 56 cases of bladder tumor were found to be immunohistologically positive with the anti-ras protein antibody, while 19 of 56 cases were positive with the anti-C-erbB-2 oncoprotein antibody. The ras oncoprotein positive staining was found more frequently in the well differentiated, superficial and non-recurrent tumors than in the poorly differentiated, invasive and recurrent tumors, while the C-erbB-2 gene product was more commonly detected in high-grade, invasive and recurrent tumors.Thus, the expression of either ras or C-erbB-2 was closely associated with the histological grade,clinical stage and recurrence of bladder carcinomas.

采用免疫组织化学ABC方法检测56例膀胱癌组织中的癌基因ras和C-erbB-2蛋白产物,有30例和19例分别呈ras和C-erbB-2蛋白产物表达阳性,ras表达在分化较高、表浅性和非复发性肿瘤中高于分化较差、浸润性和复发性者,而C-erbB-2蛋白表达在高分级、浸润性和复发性肿瘤中较高。ras和C-erbB-2蛋白产物表达与膀胱癌组织分级、临床分期和复发密切相关。

In order to study the relationship between the p53 gene mutation and human bladder can- cer,immunocytochemical and image analysis was used to detect bladder cancer samples taken from 58 cas- es. The findinge show that the positive rate of mutant p53 protein is 27.6%. Most of it is loclized in nu- cleus(87.5%)and small part in cytoplasm(12.5%). 为了研究p53基因突变与人膀胱肿瘤之间的关系,应用免疫组化结合图像分析对58例膀胱肿瘤标本进行检测。结果发现突变后的p53蛋白阳性率为27.6%。显色主要定位在细胞核上(87.5%),少部分在胞浆内(12.5%)。它的阳性率在肿瘤的病理分级,临床分期及预后等方面差异显著(P<0.05)。结果提示,p53基因突变与人膀胱肿瘤生物学行为之间关系密切,是判断膀胱肿瘤恶性程度及预后的一项重要指标。
