By means of optical microscopy, TEM, chemical phase analysis, metal foil technique and mechanicaltest etc., the precipitated phases in GH128 were identified. The precipitation behaviour of μ phase, the relationship between Nv value, stress and precipitation rate of phases, and the influence of precipitated phases on mechanical properties in this alloy were also investigated. It was found μ, M6C, αw and M23C6Precipitafed during ageing. The orientation relationships between the phases and the matrix are: (111)γ//(001)μ; (001)γ// (001)M6C; [110]γ//[110]M6C; (100)γ//(100)M23C6; [001]γ//[001]M23C6. The precipitation behavior of μ phase can be described by C-burve. Its precipitation temperature ranged from 700 to 1050℃, and the peak precipitation took place in the range of 850-950℃. Increasing Nv value made the C-curve move towards the left side with shorter ageing time but did not influence the peak precipitation temperature. Stress accelerated the formation of μ phase precipitatiion of μ is detrimental to the stress-rupture property and R.T. ductility of the alloy, but has little effect on tensile property at high temperature.

It is pointed out in the present work that a proper La content can significantly improve the stress repture property of Ni-20Cr-20Co-18W superalloy under 1000℃ and 4kg/mm2 and raise the creep activation energy. The grain boundary energy was measured with thermal etching method. The vacancy formation energy was obtained by measuring the variation of resistivity with temperature.Theoretical analysis shows that the main causes of stress rupture property improvement can be contributed to the effects of grain boundary energy lowering and vacancy formation energy raising.

本文指出,适量的La能显著提高Ni-20Cr-20Co-18W高温合金1000℃、4kg/mm~2的持久性能和蠕变激活能。La在该合金中的最佳含量为0.01~0.04wt.%。用离子探针、俄歇谱仪、扫描电镜、透射电镜等仪器研究发现,La主要富集在晶界上,有些La形成了氧化物和氧硫化物,一些La的氧化物可成为M_6C碳化物的核心,当La含量超过0.04wt.%后,还出现Ni_xLa等金属间化合物。用热蚀刻方法测量了合金的晶界能。用测量电阻率随温度变化的方法测得了合金的空位形成能。从理论上阐述了La降低晶界能和提高空位形成能的作用是改善合金持久性能的主要原因。
