With the reform of the employment distribution system,the situation of employment for pedagogical students has become increasingly severe.Moreover,psychological problems of graduates are becoming more and more glaring.According to recent investigations,main psychological characteristics are as follows: pessimism on self-evaluation,complicated cognition of society,the changing ideology of employment,narrow choice of employment,diversity of value orientation,seeking for individuality.The psychology of pedagogical students is influenced by not only students themselves but also society and universities.Consequently,the solution to these problems depends on both students and universities.As far as students are concerned,firstly,they should keep and strengthen their psychological health by improving their all-over quality.Secondly,they should adjust their mentality of career rationally.To universities,guidance for employment should be offered and the pattern of cultivating talents should be innovated.

随着高校毕业生就业制度改革的深入,师范生就业竞争日趋激烈,就业心理问题愈显突出。调查发现,目前师范生的就业心理特点主要表现在自我评价不乐观、社会认知复杂、就业观念变化显著、就业途径选择单一、价值取向转变以及寻求个性发展等方面。究其原因,师范生的就业心理既受其自身因素的影响,也受社会环境以及高校因素的影响。鉴于此,要从学生和学校双方寻求解决问题之道。就学生自身而言,一要维护和增强心理健康,全面提升综合素质,二要合理调适就业心态;就学校教育而言,一要加强就业指导,二要创新人才培养模式。
