N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAAm) was grafted onto ethyl-vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer by means of preirradiation grafting. The factors which affect the grafting reaction were studied. The common characteristics of the preirradiation grafting reaction in the liquid monomer-solid trunk polymer system are observed in this system. The surface of EVA grafted with NIPAAm showed thermo-sensitivity similar to a poly (NIPAAm) gel. The response to the change of temperature through the lower critical solution temperature...

N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAAm) was grafted onto ethyl-vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer by means of preirradiation grafting. The factors which affect the grafting reaction were studied. The common characteristics of the preirradiation grafting reaction in the liquid monomer-solid trunk polymer system are observed in this system. The surface of EVA grafted with NIPAAm showed thermo-sensitivity similar to a poly (NIPAAm) gel. The response to the change of temperature through the lower critical solution temperature (LCST) of the graft is faster than that of the gel. SEM revealed micro pore structure in the surface layer of the sample. DSC was also used to analyze the water state on the surface layer of the sample.

Various factors of casting solution temperature, intrinsic viscosity, polysulfone (PS)concentration, casting temperature and dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid sodium salt was discussed in the PS thermal phase inversion membranes preparation. Microporous membranes with average diameters of 0. 84 μm, 0. 34 μm and 0. 16μm respectively were obtained. The membranes were found to have symmetric spherical porous structure, proving itself to be microporous membranes resulting from thermal phase inversion.

探讨了铸膜液温度、特性粘度、聚砜浓度、流涎温度和十二烷基苯磺酸钠添加量等对聚砜热相转移膜性能的影响,制得了平均孔径为0.84μm、0.34μm、0.16μm的平板微孔膜。经扫描电镜观察,该膜具有对称的球状孔结构,为热相转移聚砜微孔膜。
