Tests and discusses the swelling performance of Lyocell fibers-Tencel、Tencel A100、Lenzing Lyocell and Lenzing Lyocell LF.All of the Lyocell fibers have obvious wetting swelling performance with very high initial swelling speed.In general,the fiber can reach the maxium swelling size in 5~7min at 20℃ solution temperature.The caustic sodium can confer fibers much bigger swelling ratio.

选用Acordis公司生产的Tencel、TencelA10 0和Lenzing公司生产的LenzingLyocell、LenzingLyocellLF等目前有代表性的 4种Lyocell纤维 ,进行湿膨胀的比较。研究表明 ,Lyocell纤维均表现出快速湿膨胀的性能 ,在常温下 5~ 7min就能达到最大湿膨胀。Lyocell纤维对NaOH溶液比较敏感 ,溶涨率最高。
