To counter the damage of the hydraulic powered supports caused by dynamic load in coal faces with hard, tight roof and rockburst, this paper deals with the design procedure and operating characteristics of the large flow rate rapid yield pressure relief valve. The performance indexes for evaluation of the valve is presented, and an optimum design is conducted. Finally, the model test and the computer simulation for this valve have been made.

本文针对我国坚硬难冒及具有冲击地压顶板的采煤工作面动载荷造成的液压支架破坏问题,进行了大流量安全阀的设计研究。通过对液压支架用大流量安全阀的工况特点的分析,提出了大流量安全阀的性能评价指标,并对大流量安全阀结构进行了拟定,在此基础上,进行了大流量安全阀的优化设计,最后对大流量安全阀样机进行了模型试验和计算机仿真。

The paper proposes a new measure which can prevent locally outburst of rock and carbon dioxide, i.e. controlled pressure relief blasting of deep holes, on the basis of a summary of existing outburst control measures at home and abroad. The outburst process and conditions are analyzed by using stress wave and fracture mechanics. The outburst process can be divided into two stages. The paper points out that the key to prevention of outburst of rock and carbon dioxide is to stop formation of fractured zone...

The paper proposes a new measure which can prevent locally outburst of rock and carbon dioxide, i.e. controlled pressure relief blasting of deep holes, on the basis of a summary of existing outburst control measures at home and abroad. The outburst process and conditions are analyzed by using stress wave and fracture mechanics. The outburst process can be divided into two stages. The paper points out that the key to prevention of outburst of rock and carbon dioxide is to stop formation of fractured zone and its propagation; and that the crack faces and compressed fractured zone produced by controlled blasting of deep blast holes for pressure relief can inhibit propagation of cracks and prevent the outburst and can prevent or inhibit the occurrence of outburst. The site tests have proved that this method is simple in technology, is good in prevention of outburst and is easy to popularize.

本文在总结国内外现有防突措施的基础上,提出了一种新的防止岩石与二氧化碳突出的局部措施——深孔控制卸压爆破。利用应力波、断裂力学理论对突出过程和条件进行分析,提出突出可分为两个过程。文章指出:防止岩石与二氧化碳突出的关键是阻止裂缝区的形成与扩展;深孔控制卸压爆破产生的爆破裂缝面与压缩粉碎圈,可以起到止裂和防突作用,防止或抑止了突出的孕育发生。通过现场试验证明,深孔控制卸压爆破是工艺简单、防突效果显著、易于推广的一种新的防突措施。
