No.3 coal seam is a serious outburst seam in Yangquan Coal Mining Area and about 1600 outbursts successively occurred in this seam,90%of which occurred in the working faces,bringing serious threat to coal mine production.In order to solve this problem and raise gas pre-drainage effectiveness from the active seam,the gas pre-drainage method of controlled pre-splitting blasting by long boreholes and cross boreholes in the pressure-relief zone in front of the working face was tested and adopted in Yangquan Coal Mining Area. The results show that this method can greatly improve gas permeability of coal seams and reduce gas outburst threat in the faces to mine safety and production.

阳泉矿区首采3#煤层为严重突出煤层,共发生煤与瓦斯突出1600次,其中回采面突出占90%,给生产带来了极大的威胁。为了解决这一问题,提高本煤层预抽瓦斯的效果,在阳泉矿区试验采用了长钻孔控制预裂爆破和在工作面前方卸压带采用交叉钻孔抽放瓦斯的方法,结果表明该方法可以大幅度提高煤层的透气性,降低工作面瓦斯突出对生产和安全的威胁。

This article studies the movement properties of long distance and pressure relief rock mass upon exploited coal seam, the properties of crannies distribution and the seepage of pressure relief gas in long distance by the method of combining numerical simulation with experiments in the mine. At the same time it also puts forward the extraction method of long distance and pressure relief gas according its flowage properties.At last by the experiments in Panji mine 1 of Huainan city of safe and highly efficient exploitation of coal and gas it proves that the long distance gas extraction method of using gridding bores through coal and rock seams in bed plate tunnel can eliminate the coal and gas outburst danger of pressure relief coal seams territorially, reduce the gas content in pressure relief coal seams efficiently and realize the safe and highly efficient exploitation of high gas content coal seams which have the coal and gas outburst danger.

运用数值模拟和现场试验相结合的研究方法,研究上覆远程卸压岩体移动和裂隙分布以及远程卸压瓦斯的渗流流动特性,提出了符合远程卸压瓦斯流动特性的远程瓦斯抽采方法。通过淮南潘一矿煤与瓦斯安全高效共采试验证明,底板巷道网格式上向穿层钻孔远程瓦斯抽采方法可以区域性地消除卸压煤层的突出危险性,有效地降低卸压煤层的瓦斯含量,实现高瓦斯、煤与瓦斯突出危险煤层的安全高效开采。
