Coal is the dominant energy source in' China and air pollution is characterized by coal smoke. Therefore, in order to control coal smoke, especially sulphur dioxide, it is important to eliminate sulphur from the smoke. Of all desulphurization devices in the world, more than 80% use Wet method, among Which the lime or limestone-gypsum wet desulphurization technique is dominative. Based on current situations in China, the former Ministry of Electricity Power has specified the adoption of wet desulphurization...

Of all desulphurization devices in the world, more than 80% use Wet method, among Which the lime or limestone-gypsum wet desulphurization technique is dominative. Based on current situations in China, the former Ministry of Electricity Power has specified the adoption of wet desulphurization method for large heat-engine plants in China. On the basis of information at home and abroad in the field and investigations on some key factors concerning the comprehensive utilization of desulphurized gypsum, this paper analyses the application prospect in terms of technology and economics and gives some practical suggestions.

我国是一个以煤炭为主要能源的国家,大气污染呈煤烟型特点。控制煤烟型污染,特别是SO2排放的污染,很重要的方面是进行烟气脱硫。在全世界烟气脱硫装置中,80%以上是湿法脱硫技术,其中以石灰或石灰石-石膏湿式脱硫系统为主流。根据我国国情,原电力部确定了我国的大型火电机组的脱硫技术以湿法为主的技术路线。本文对涉及到脱硫石膏综合利用的几个关键因素进行了调查,收集国内外同类资料,从技术上、经济应用前景等方面进行了分析,同时提出实施建议。

本文介绍了一种新的燃煤锅炉烟气湿法脱硫、除尘技术,提出了新的工艺流程,新的脱硫除尘装置.

The cause of corrosion for the desulphurization device has been analyzed. It is shown that the influencing factors are mainly MDEA degraded products, oxygen and solid etc.

对脱硫装置腐蚀失效的原因进行了分析 .结果表明 ,其影响因素主要为MDEA的降解产物、氧和固体物等
