The result of bioassay with 3 successive generations of albino mice showed that“Zhu Le”was nontoxic to mice when the mice fed on fermented liquid of“Zhu Le”periodically for several months. The results of meat quality test and pathological anatomy examination of tested pigs in the test carried out in Anting Township in the summer of 1992 were normal. The N,P,K contents in digested bedding material were higher than those in fresh pig manure.The results of manuring field trial showed that at the same N dose,there was no significant difference in efficiency between digested bedding material and fresh pig manure, but the efficiency of digested bedding material was notably better than urea.The results of conventional mushroom culture experiments showed that the use of digested rice or wheat straw bedding material resulted in a yield increase of 34.7% as compared to the check.

本文报道了以7只1-2岁莎能山羊(♂)×成都麻羊(♀)杂交山羊为试验动物,饲喂三个水平的牛鞭草(Hemarthriacompressa)混合日粮,进行产气法(HFT技术)和全收粪法测定有机物消化率的比较试验。结果表明,三个日粮全收粪法有机物消化率分别为57.53±1.80%、54.12±1.02%和49.20±1.61%;产气法测定的相应值为57.40±1.71%、53.26±1.20%和49.41±1.19%。两种方法测定结果经t验P>0.05,变异系数平均为2.76%和2.55%,表明产气法测定的结果是可靠的。

we used England-made fiuotec, Halothane testing machine to test 196 pigs of Chiaese lean meat-type pig line DⅣ(♀151、 ♂ 45)The results showed that two pigs were positive,the rate of pcoitive was 1.03%。There ware insignificang difference between male and female pigs(P>0.05).And indi- viduals are very different to halothane test. The meat quality testing rsults on the basis of 35.halothaue-negative pigs showed that meat quality was in the normal range of pig meat.

采用英国产Fluotec型半封闭式氟烷麻醉仪,对中国瘦肉猪新品系DⅣ系196头仔猪进行氟烷测验(其中公45、母151),结果2头呈阳性反应,阳性率为1.03%。公母猪间对氟烷的耐受性差异不显著(P>0.05).个体间氟烷耐受性的差异颇大。选择36头氟烷阳性猪进行肥育测定至90kg屠宰和肉质评定,各肉质指标均在正常范围内。
