In this paper,it is Proved that for an arbitrary given real matrix A= (α_(ij)) of order 6,where |α_(ij)≤1,P_n is less than 6.7883 and an improved method of estimating P_n is given for an arbitrary general real matrix of order n.
本文证明了对任意一个给定的6阶实阵 A=(a_(ij)),若其中|a_(ij)|≤1,则有 P_6<6.7883.对于一般 n 阶矩阵,本文给出了估计 P_n 的一个改进方法.
Two improved method are described for the preparation of crystalline tetrachlorodie- thylenediplatinum [Pt (C2 H4) Cl2 ]2. In the courte of our experimetal work.
Results Normal rCBFs calculated with our improved method and with the conventional one were (70.01±7.64) ml·min~ -1 ·100 g~ -1 , (34.85±1.82) ml·min~ -1 ·100 g~ -1 , respectively in the gray matter. Normal rCBFs in the gray matter had significant difference between two methods (t=12.64, P<0.01).
Normal rCBFs calculated with our improved method and with the conventional method were (24.85±3.72) ml·min~ -1 ·100 g~ -1 , (12.88±1.75) ml·min~ -1 ·100 g~ -1 , respectively in the white matter. The normal rCBFs in the white matter showed significant difference between two methods (t=8.23, P<0.01).
Methods:Amniotic fluid,which was extracted from pregnant women during 16~30th weeks gestation(n=138) was inoculated and cultured by all nutrition culture medium (4ml) and amniotic fluid cells mixed liquid (5ml),then they were gathered to set up chromosome according to improved method in proper time.
Results The Kd values measured with this improved method under two different conditions were 2.61×10-12 mol/L and 2.39×10-12 mol/L, and those with Friguent method in these two conditions were 5.57×10-10 mol/L and 1.41×10-10 mol/L, respectively.
The experiments showed that the quality of DNA extracted by this improved method was much higher,DNA stripes were very clear without tagging,the concentration was 1.5397-2.1039μg/L and OD_(260)/OD_(280) was 1.6913-(1.8025).
RESULTS The adopted improved method was preferable, the recovery is increasing respectively 12%~13.76% and 7.00%~7.39% then other common method, and the recovery was validated up to 98.48% by internal standard method.

Based upon the above observations an improved method was suggested as follows: Dissolve a certain amount of salt sample in distilled water or dilute hydrochloric acid to make a solution of about 0.02 M. in concentration. Pipette 10 ml. of this solution accurately into a beaker. Add 5 ml. of acetate buffer or other suitable buffer as required for the specified sample. About 20% excess of standard disodium EDTA solution is added and then 10—15 ml. of alcohol. Titrate with 0.02 M. standard Cu~(++) solution until the color of the solution changes from yellow to orange red, using 5—10 drops of 0.1% of methanolic solution of PAN as indicator. The method gave a more distinct end point in determination of Ba~(++) and Cr~(+++) in comparison with the method using Eriochrome black T as indicator.
