     In this paper, the thermodynamics analysis was carried out to discuss the iron carbide production by using CO-CO2-H2 mixing gas. After that, the reduction experiment of iron ore by using CO-CO2-H2 mixing gas was performed in a fluidized bed, and the key factors on iron carbide production, including temperature, system pressure, H2 content, CO/CO2 value and iron ore amount were discussed respectively.

     It was found that the light reflectivityR(wavelength ranges 340~800 nm) of shocked LY12 aluminum base-plate surface unloading to He, D2and H2+D2mixing gas plasma is about 0.4, which decreases to half of the static state reflectivity( ~0.8).

Before anoxia inhalation of 5%, 7% or 9% CO_1 all led to a marked increase in RMV and with the higher concentrations of 7% and 9% also produced a slight increase of blood pressure and cardiac contractility....

This fall was not affected by the respiratory movement, but was significantly slowed clown after general anaesthesia, bilateral vagotomy, sectioning of all the four buffer nerves or bilateral extirpation of the sympathetic ganglia.

Results concerned in the study on the properties of oxygen temperature-programmed desorbed from oxidized Ag-a-Al2O3 catalysts and types of oxygen adsorbed on these catalysts are reported.XPS patterns indicate that when the catalyst is pretreated with pure oxygen or mixed gas, on its surface there exists Ag2O. The TPD patterns show that when the catalyst is evacuated at room temperature, there appear two distinct peaks known as a and B peak, and their TM are 155 and 365℃ respectively. After the adsorption of oxygen, there also appear the same two TPD peaks. As the desorption temperature is increased, the a peak shifts to the higher temperature region and then gradually disappears. The effect of gas composition for pretreatment of catalyst on its TPD has been studied. In order to correlate the TPD peaks with their corresponding adsorbed types of oxygen, the effect of ethylene reacted with adsorbed oxygen on TPD is also investigated. Finally, relationships between oxygen TPD peaks of this catalyst, its active centers, and types of oxygen adsorbed are discussed. Accordingly,a possible mechanism of oxygen adsorption is supposed.

The photo-induced etching effect, or development-free vapor photolithography is a very interesting phenomenon. The photo-induced etching effect, or development-free vapor photolithography is a very interesting phenomenon. For determining the mechanism of this phenomenon of cinnamate-type photopolymers, the effects of some factors on etching rate have been observed and other experiments have also been made. The results obtained lead to the following hypothesis: When the film of a cinnamate-type photopolymer is irradiated by UV light, a photochemical reaction occurs and the properties of the film are changed. This change enables the film to absorb both HF and H2O from the etching vapor, and a "polymer-hydrofluoric acid solution'' can be formed. The solution, which is very different from the mixed gas of HF and H4O, can react with SiO2 rapidly, but the unirradiated film can not absorb the mixed gas easily,hence the rate of etching SiO2 of unirradiated areas is much slower than that of irradiated areas. It is the difference of etching rate between two areas that makes a pattern. The results of our experiments are explained by this hypothesis.

光致诱蚀作用或无显影气相光刻作用是一个非常有趣的现象。为了探讨肉桂酸酯系光敏聚合物的光致诱蚀作用机理,观察了各种因素的相互影响。提出了下述理论假设:当肉桂酸酯光敏聚合物薄膜受紫外光照射时,发生光化学反应并使其结构性质发生变化,从而使得薄膜可以从腐蚀气体中吸收H_2O和HF气体,形成一个氢氟酸-聚合物溶液,此溶液与HF和H_2O的混和气体不同,可以与其下部的SiO_2迅速反应。但未受光照射的区域不易同时吸收H_2O和HF,其下部SiO_2的反应速度很慢,于是在两个区域间形成了很大的腐蚀速度差,从而形成一个清晰的光刻图象。这个假设可以解释现有的全部实验结果。
