Hydraulic AGC system is been made of main dynamic element, which include signal conditioner、 servo amplifier、 hydraulic servo valve、 fluid cylinder、 mill roll and primary detector, etc. These elements have high nonlinear feature, the system have inevitably high nonlinear.

This paper deals with the design of processing machinery for technologica 1 flattening 60~# steel wire which, after initial flattening and spheroidal annealing, has a hardness of HY 160-190 and a metallographic structure of 2.5—4 grades.The designs include mill rollers for both the first and second flattening machines.As some dimentions of the wire will become the final after the processing of the second flattening machine, the dimentions of the second mill roll are calibrated.
