For the purpose, a novel hybrid optimization algorithm, which combines chaos optimization algorithm (COA) and linear interior point method, is proposed. By use of the properties of intrinsic ergodicity, stochastic property, and regularity of chaos, the chaos optimization algorithm can escape from the local minima and approach the global minima. To improve the rate of convergence and accuracy, the linear primal-dual interior point method with the predictor-corrector is used to perform the local search in the neighborhood of the global minima. Through the numerical calculation for IEEE 14, 30 and 57 bus test systems, the effectiveness of the presented algorithm is validated.

To implement global optimization of parameters of Smith estimator, the chaos optimization algorithm based on emulated annealing strategy is stated. The result of simulation shows that the Smith estimator optimized by chaos optimization features excellent tracing characteristic and capability of interference elimination as well as higher robustness to object disturbance.

提出了采用基于模拟退火策略的混沌优化算法 ,实现对Smith预估器参数的全局寻优。仿真结果表明 ,经混沌优化的Smith预估器具有良好的跟踪特性和干扰抑制能力 ,对对象扰动具有较强的鲁棒性。
