To study the spectrum properties of Ce:Fe:LiNbO3crystals dependence of the contents of Mg2+,Ce:Fe:LiNbO3 crystals doped with MgO were grown with the Czochralski method and the contents of MgO are 0mol%、2mol%、4mol% and 6mol% respectively.
The chemical constitutions,structures,spectrum properties and conductances of the complexes were discussed by microanalyses,IR,UV- Vis,1 H NMR and determination of the molar conductivities and the solid conductivities.
