In this paper the manufacture process of hardbutter from Vegetable and animal oils are proposed. By making use of Supporter type S-Ni Catalysts and the technique of Hydrogenation and Steped extraction, the yield of hardbutter attained 70-86%. The hardbutter produced by this method is delicious eating and applicable to the manufacture of candies and foods.
