     This paper deals with relations between bending property of 40Cr steel carbonitrided and case characteristic parameters and specimen dimensions. By means of multi-factor regression analysis, some definite functional relationships have been found between bending property and independent variables such as case depth, hardness gradient, surface handness, core hardness, δ/D (case depth/sample diameter), L/D (sample gauge length/sample diameter)etc.

A number of explosive bonding experiments were carried out with superconductors of two kinds of cross-sections (7×3.6 mm, Cu:NbTi= 10, 204 filaments and 3.6×1.8mm, Cu:NbTi= 5, 174 filaments). The bonded superconductive joints are satisfactory....

    The technology of explosive bonding and properties of sample joints of NbTi-Cu multifilament superconductors are reported in this paper. The explosive bonding device and experiments carried out for determining the making-up prescription and bonding parameters are described. A number of explosive bonding experiments were carried out with superconductors of two kinds of cross-sections (7×3.6 mm, Cu:NbTi= 10, 204 filaments and 3.6×1.8mm, Cu:NbTi= 5, 174 filaments). The bonded superconductive joints are satisfactory. Excellent metallurgical bonding is found in all units including the NbTi filaments. After some easy repairs, the size and shape at the position of the joint are as the same as the superconductor body itself. The joints have excellent bending property and high tensile strength (33.1 kg/mm2 at room temperature and 43.6 kg/mm2 liquid nitrogen, corresponding to 97.3% and 100% of the tensile strength of the superconductor at the same conditions respectively). The superconductive joints with the cross section of 3.6×1.8 mm (at 4.2 K, 5T) have the critical current of 1801 A, corresponding to 90% of that of the superconductor at the same conditions. The research results can be applied to the field of bonding the superconductors of the similar cross sections.

The addition of titanium in the steel has the effects on grain refinement and precipitation strengthening resulting in an increase of ductility and strength on the one hand. and on improvement of cold bending property because of modifying the sulfide morphology and lowering the pearlite content on the other hand. It was found that 100% was O.K in the wide cold bend test with d=0. As titanium is a strong carbide forming element, so the strength of the steel containing it depends greatly on the presence of dispersed TiC or Ti(C,N) particles. The actual stamping of automotive parts with 06TiL steel sheets showed that the reject rate was below 0.5%. This steel is of excellent cold formabitity and therefore suitable for the automotive parts undergoing heavy bending and stretching deformation condition, such as cross members and supporting frames.

    本文叙述低碳低锰含钛热轧汽车板的生产工艺及其性能。钛加入钢中后,细化晶粒、弥散强化,提高韧性和强度;另外还可改变硫化物夹杂形态及降低钢中珠光体量改善冷弯性能,使宽冷弯d=0 100%合格。由于钛是强碳、氮化物形成元素,所以它的强度与TiC或TiCN有很大的依赖性。经过实冲汽车零件表明,废品率在0.5%以下,它是用于经受弯曲及拉延变形的横梁及拖架零件的一种优良的冷成型用钢。
