In this paper, with the application of the fundamentaltheory of heat-transfer, quality-transfer and radiation etc, a mathma-tical model which is discribed by 9*9 nonlinear differential equationshas been developed for shuttle kiln temperature-increasing process.The reduced model is identified to trace the dynamical process.On thebasis of this, a PID algorithms with decentralized parameter self-tuneis presented.The feasibility and the efficiency of the theory have beenchecked by digital simulation.

Theoperating equahon of this engine is established based on the quasi-steady model. The experimental results show that the engine controlled by those control algorithms can stabilize in the givenstate, having rotating speed deviation within ±5r / min and torque deviation within ±0.4N. m.The controlling parameters...

In addition,a nonlinear time-variant mathematical model of B1135 diesel engine and water power absorberoperating pattern used in the state-space algorithm is established and testified.

分别采用PID控制法和状态空间控制法对B1135柴油机—水力测功器系统进行数字控制,并基于准稳定模型建立了该柴油机的动态运动方程.实验表明,二种控制法都能使发动机稳定在预定工况点上,其转速偏差量小于±5r/min,扭矩偏差量小于±0.4N·m.实验确定出PID控制法中的6个参数值.由于状态空间控制法的实现,还证实了发动机—水力测功器系统是一个非线性时变系统.
