In contrast,when healthy subjects inhaled more than 50u of methacholine,their reactivity tests of bronchi was negative.The SP in plasma was significantly increased in asthma and CVA patients compared with normal subjects( P <0 01),but the levels of VIP were lower than that of healthy subjects( P <0 05).The plasma levels of sP selectin and Fn in asthma and CVA patients were also significantly higher than healthy group( P <0 01).We believe that there is a good relationship between inflammation in airway and BHR.SP,P selectin and Fn contribute to the inflammation in airways and BHR.Neurogenic inflammation of airway plays an important role in asthma.

探讨神经肽类及粘附分子与气道高反应性 (BHR)关系。对 6 8例哮喘、6 2例咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)及 43名正常人群测定气道反应性 (Astograph法 )、血浆P 物质 (SP)、血管活性肠肽 (VIP)、可溶性P 选择素 (sP selectin)的变化。结果 6 8例哮喘和 6 2例CAV病人气道反应性试验阳性。最小累积诱发剂量 (Dmin)哮喘病人低于CAV病人 (P <0 0 5 )。正常人吸入乙酰甲胆碱前后 ,气道阻力无明显改变 (P >0 0 5 ) ,激发试验为阴性。哮喘及CVA病人SP较对照组升高 (P <0 0 1) ,VIP较正常组下降 (P <0 0 5 )。哮喘及CVA病人血浆sP se lectin及Fn较正常组有明显升高 (P <0 0 5 )。提示BHR与神经肽及粘附分子介导的气道炎症有一定关系
