Of 42 cases,normal intravenious urography finding was seen in 3,and hydronephrosis and dilated ureter was found in 39.The urinary obstructive diseases included ureteral stone(17cases),ureteral tuberculosis(3 cases),ureteral carcinoma(3 cases),congenital malformation(11 cases),ureteral benign stricture(2 cases),extrinsic lesions(2 cases),neurogenic dysfunctions of bladder(1 case).
Among 56 cases,the ureteral calculi were showed in 35 cases,the ureteral tuberculosis or inflammation in 13 cases,the ureteral tumor in 3 cases,the dys-ureteral in 3 cases,the extra- ureteral tumor in 1 case,the neurogenic bladder in 1 case.
Fifty-one cases of expansionary ureteral diseases could be displayed by IVP and 5 cases could not be displayed,ureteral calculi were showed in 32 cases,the ureteral tuberculosis or inflammation in 10 cases,the dys-ureteral in 3 cases,the neurogenic bladder in 1 case.
Methods Detrusor biopsies have been obtained from open operation evaluated patients with neurogenic detrusor overactivity(NDO)(n = 16)(group Ⅰ),and from patients with stress urinary incontinence(SUI) with stable,non-obstructed detrusors(n =10)(group Ⅱ). This article reported 42 cases of traumatogenic Paraplegia complicated with neurogenic bladder. The X-ray findings of these cases were introduced mainly.
