The determination of indendiones in anticoagulant rodenticides,such as diphacinone,chlorophacinone,and pindone,in blood samples by solid phase extraction and subsequent UV derivative spectrophotometry is described.Blood samples are diluted with 0.1 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution,and are then passed through GDX 301 resin for the absorption of indendione rodenticides.The absorbed indendiones are washed with 0.01 mol/L sodium hydroxide...

The determination of indendiones in anticoagulant rodenticides,such as diphacinone,chlorophacinone,and pindone,in blood samples by solid phase extraction and subsequent UV derivative spectrophotometry is described.Blood samples are diluted with 0.1 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution,and are then passed through GDX 301 resin for the absorption of indendione rodenticides.The absorbed indendiones are washed with 0.01 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution and methylene chloride successively to remove impurities.Then the indendiones are eluted from the resin by methanol.The second derivative spectra of the eluants are then used for quantitative analysis.It is rapid,simple and sensitive.The recoveries of three spiked indendiones at a level of 10 mg/L are 100.5±2.9%,101.5±1.3% and 99.3± 1.5%, respectively.The detection limits of the three rodenticides in blood are 0.4,0.6,and 0.4 mg/L,respectively.

报道了血中敌鼠、氯敌鼠、杀鼠酮的题示测定方法。该法操作简便快速、回收率高,灵敏度较高,萃取使用国产高分子多孔微球GDX301,价廉易得。三种杀鼠剂以10mg/L量分别加于血中,回收率依次为100.5%±2.9%、101.5%±1.3%及99.3%±1.5%;血中三种杀鼠剂检出限分别为0.4、0.6及0.4mg/L。
