Current status and progress of methodologies for sample preparation and pretreatment in analytical chemistry applied to environmental analysis have been discussed. Related topics such as the feature of environmental samples, the roles and purposes of sample preparation in instrumen-tal analysis, criteria of evoluation for the methods chosen for sample preparations, and others are also included.This review is not a comprehensive coverage of all methodologies dealing with sample preparations, only those methods which have been rapidly developed and widely used in environmental analysis in recent years, such as supercritical fluid extraction (SFE), solid phase extraction(SPE), microwave digestion( MWD ), and supported liquid membrane(SLM), are described.In part one of the paper general review of sample preparation and pretreatment and SFE are involved, the rest of the methods and the trends of their development in future will be discussed in part two of the paper in next issue.

The pesticides or insecticides-containing samples, after diluted with 6 -10ml of 0.1mol · 1-1 phosphate buffer (pH 6. 0) ,were directly added into a GDX-403 column or C18 column and eluted with 3ml of chloroform. The detection of the pesticides was made by capillary gas chromatograph (GC )...

The present method with use of solid phase, extraction is very useful in forensic and environmental chemistry and clinical toxicology.

本文以常见的六种有机磷类、四种氨基甲酸酯类和五种拟除虫菊酯类农药为对象,研究了用国产GDX-403或C_(18)固相小柱同时提取净化环境样品和生物检材中三种类型的农药,分别采用 GC/FPD,GC/NPD和GC/ECD三种特征性气相色谱法进行分析鉴定,为系统分析有机农药提供了一套快速、简便的固相提取方法.
