Fusarin C, a new mycotoxin extrated from Fusarium moniliforme, is a strong mutagen in vitro to bacterial and mammalian cells. We had reported the inhibitory effect of the mycotoxin on macrophage activation in vitro by MAF and MDP. The data presented in this paper indicated that the cytotoxic activity in ADCC and MTC of in vitro MAF-activated Mφ was strongly inhibited by Fusarin C. 本文报道串珠状镰刀菌毒素Fusarin C对巨噬细胞(Mφ)介导的细胞毒功能的影响,结果表明Fusarin C强烈抑制巨噬细胞激活因子(MAF)体外活化的Mφ介导的抗体依赖性细胞毒作用(ADCC)和溶瘤细胞作用(MTC),对短小棒状杆菌(Cp)体内活化的Mφ所介导的瘤细胞增殖抑制作用(CS)也有明显的抑制,但对Mφ的免疫吞噬功能无明显影响。

Thirty-one strains of Fusarium moniliforme were isolated from the corn of Linxian county and Huixian county which were the area of high incidence of esophageal cancer.The mutagenicity of the ether extracts of these fungucultures was detected with the Ames test and E. coli variated strains.All the thirty-one extacts without S9 activating had no mutagenic effect on TA100. 从食管癌高发地区林县和辉县粮食中心分离的31株串珠镰刀菌培养物的乙醚提取物,用Ames试验和大肠杆菌变异株检测其致突变性,31株提取物不加S9活化、对TA100、TA98、大肠杆菌CM891和ND—160菌株均未显示致突变作用。而加S9活化的28株提取物,有13株对TA100菌株显示致突变效应,其中3株提以物同时也对TA98菌株出现致突变作用。根据以上结果,提示对TA100菌株诱发置换突变型的诱变物可能是亚硝胺类化合物,但还可能有另一种对TA98菌株诱发移码突变型的诱变物存在。

15 unhusked and 7 husked sorghum grain samples from 12 cultivars were examined during the years of 1985 and 1986. By two routine methods, the moist chamber and the FSA medium, 26 fungi species belonging to 19 genera were identified from the surface and interior of the grain. Fusarium moniliforme and F. oxysporum were found to be the predminant fungi and major patho- gens. 24 other fungi species were also identified, among which Drechslera sorghicola, Glomerella sorghi, Gonatobotrys africanus, Stachybotrys...

Each of the above-mentioned species is desctibed morphologically. The results showed that the PSA medium method was more satisfactoey than the moist chamber method in examinating and isolating fungi from grain. The number of species and fungi on the husked grains was much fewer than those on the unhusked ones.

1985~1986年对15个高粱品种籽粒,7个高粱米样品,以滤纸保湿法和分离培养法,从高粱籽粒和高粱米内部和表面共分离鉴定出19个真菌属、26个真菌种。致使籽粒霉变的病原菌种是Fusarium moniliforme和F.oxysporum。两种分离方法以分离培养法出现的种类和数量,远比滤纸保湿法的数量多。高粱米上寄藏的真菌种数的数量不及籽粒上出现频率高Drechslera sorghicola,Glomerella sorghi,Gonatohotrysafricanus,Stachybotrys chartarum,Torula graminis是国内新记录种。
